We took an initial photo of our Coaching client in the dental field, according to a post already published here. In less than 2 months, still in the middle of a pandemic, we are pleased to report the main progress:

  1. Dr. Marcia Moraes created her LinkedIn account as well as her Odonto Moraes page;
  2. We define the logo, respective favicon and visual identity of the website https://odontomoraes.com;
  3. Site completed in Portuguese and English today;
  4. Renovation of the current office;
  5. Hiring an adm / commercial manager;
  6. Hiring more dentists;
  7. Initiation of negotiations for partnership with other dental offices that are idle in other neighborhoods of SP;
  8. Beginning of the mapping of the entire customer base;
  9. Implementation of management system;
  10. Adoption of TaqTaq, as a customer management tool.

Odonto Moraes has a queue of 45-60 days. We hope that this period will be reduced as the clientele increases. As a customer, I highly recommend it!

GOAL: 1-2 office (s) partner (s) in upscale neighborhoods of SP in 2020.
