TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP
CNO – Chief Networking Officer / Stakeholders Management
We organized a sequential corporate all virtual package for 3 months to prepare your company for Transformational Leadership: CNO – Chief Networking Officer, which implements Stakeholders Management. We defined CNO´s responsibilities globally on Wikipedia.
Ultimate goal: we will create a VANE – Virtual Agile Networking Enterprise (read article), in which talents can become brand ambassadors and qualified lead generators.
We implement this methodology very smoothly. We do not follow the “top down” approach but the “bottom up / buy in”, i.e., employees will want to join the project, which will be presented in 3 stages, as shown below:
1. 1h30 speaking with unlimited number of participants. We aim to raise awareness and get buy-in. Month 1.
2. Workshop in groups of up to 10 people, with top executives already identified.
In this 8h or 16h workshop, we will identify the potential CNO and up to 4 top managers with a focus on the main stakeholders, e.g., talents, customers, investors, suppliers, etc… Month 2.
3. Coaching of CNO + up to 4 stakeholders managers. Number of hours to be agreed with 16h minimum. The 4 managers don’t always need to be the same in each session. From Month 3 onwards.
We are able to attend only 3 international companies each two months.
The package is integrated but it is not mandatory, i.e., the company will be able to make a one-off experience with the virtual speaking, without having to buy the other modules.
